With your annual Software Maintenance, you also receive technical support from TriMech Manufacturing. We pride ourselves on our technical support with years of experience and knowledge of our software. In order to meet the majority of our customers needs, we are available 7-5 Monday through Friday. If you have a hot job coming up and think you may need help, we can arrange to have an engineer available over the weekend as well. In addition to phone support, we offer email support and GotoMeeting for live control over your computer. This has proven to be a valuable tool that our customers request all the time.
